1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect
welton.rs has no registration forms and no online sales. We only process personal data when you contact us yourself:
- Email and phone: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message (e.g. an enquiry about partnership, private label or HoReCa).
- Technical data: as with any website, our hosting provider's server logs the IP address, time of visit, browser type and page visited. This data is used only for security and overall visit statistics and is not linked to individual people.
3. Cookies
The site does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. The game “Mica and the magic meadow” stores your best score only in your browser (local storage); it is never sent to us and you can delete it by clearing the site data in your browser. Fonts and all other files are loaded from our own server, without sending data to third parties.
4. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data from your message only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare an offer or contract. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract, under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette RS no. 87/2018).
5. How long we keep data
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer the enquiry or for our business relationship, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer retention (e.g. business records).
6. Who else has access
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Only service providers essential for running the website and email (our hosting provider) may have access, to the extent needed to provide the service. We do not transfer data outside Serbia.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and to object to processing. Send your request to office@welton.rs and we will reply within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add new features to the site. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
